The practice is appointment-only, as it has proven to be the most time efficient way for everyone.
Hours of practice are 9am-12.30pm and 3pm-5.00pm.
If you can’t make the booked appointment, we would be very grateful if you could please phone us to cancel so we can offer it to someone else.
Where possible, we try to see you on the day that you request, but it may not be feasible if late requests are made when we are booked up. We will see you at the next available appointment in that case.
You are free to see whomever you chose, but it’s better to see the same person for the same problem for consistency.
In the event of an emergency or a severely unwell patient, priority is given to them and there may be unavoidable delays and we ask for your understanding should this happen.
When you phone for an appointment you may be asked to give an idea what the consultation is about, or who you would like to see. This is to ensure that you are seen by the appropriate person.
We also try to isolate anyone with infectious symptoms and you may be asked to check in and then wait in your car until called.
