There is a wide choice of contraceptive methods, so it should be easy to find one that suits best. We advise on the combined pill, progesterone-only pill (“mini pill”),  contraceptive patch, contraceptive ring and the contraceptive injection.   We fit and remove Implanons, Mirena coils and copper coils. Emergency contraception can be taken up to 5 days after unprotected intercourse, but the later it is used, the less effective it is.
