The interactive online forms including those displayed under ‘Online Services’ are filled out and submitted at the user’s own discretion. By submitting this information, you are agreeing to provide Ardfert Medical Centre with your personal information, as such, we assure all users that this information is initially stored securely on a secure encrypted server, including emails before being deleted therein and transferred to the practice software manually. Data will be deleted from the email server in a timely manner once processed in keeping with the General Data Protection Regulation  (GDPR) and the principle of confidentiality which governs our work as medical practitioners.

By submitting these interactive online forms, you are agreeing to permit Ardfert Medical Centre to contact you. Users may alternatively contact Ardfert Medical Practice by phone or in-person (under COVID-19 Guidelines), or they may not contact Ardfert Medical Centre if they so wish. Payment Gateways

Ardfert Medical Centre use the Irish owned Stripe platform to process payments. This action is protected by an SSL cert on our website.
Our site does not hold/keep any payment details on our site.
As such, this allows us the security of knowing that Stripe holds your details.
